How to Use Chumi
Start Gently
Begin by gently chewing on a CHUMI silicone chew to accustom your jaw muscles to the resistance. Initially, avoid vigorous chewing to prevent any discomfort or the chubits from breaking. Feel the texture and adjust the pressure according to your comfort level.
Gradual Increase in Chewing Time
As you become accustomed to the silicone chew, gradually increase the duration of each chewing session. Aim for a chewing time ranging from 5 to 30 minutes per session, depending on your preference and comfort. Experiment with different chewing resistances provided in the three packets to find the one that suits you best.
Allow for Proper Rest
After each chewing session, allow your jaws to rest adequately before using CHUMI silicone chews again. Giving your jaw muscles time to recover between uses is crucial to prevent strain or fatigue. Additionally, ensure you store the silicone chews properly to maintain their hygiene and longevity for repeated use.
